WHAT YOU’LL DO Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting all Anduril’s products Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies Implement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs Lead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputs Develop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standards Work in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple concurrent projects and customers REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout or Design Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements. Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each design Ability to determine work priorities based on broad direction from management Expertise in applying relevant IPC standards, CID, CID+ certification Experience using Altium Designer CAD tools Experience with developing component libraries and library management Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others Ability to work within our company and team culture. Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
