Junior UI/UX Designer Job at CarSaver Management LLC in Miami

Description:

As the Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work directly with the Director of UI/UX and the design team, supporting the design and development of CarSaver’s products. You will gain hands-on experience by working on various stages of the design process, from creating wireframes and prototypes to assisting with user testing and research. Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Work with developers to ensure design implementation meets UI/UX standards.
• Contribute to maintaining and updating design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design (internship or freelance experience is acceptable).
• A portfolio showcasing clean, intuitive, and functional design.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Understanding of UI design principles and user-centered design practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of web typography, hierarchy, and component reusability is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
