THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a cutting-edge sports tech company and help influencers grow their brands. You will be a critical part of the companies growth by building and managing relationships with sports content creators and influencers. You’ll be responsible for guiding creators through the platform’s value proposition, leading full-cycle sales processes, and supporting partners to grow their subscription businesses. This role is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional excited by the opportunity to empower sports creators and influence the direction of an early-stage company. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Engage: Identify and reach out to sports content creators and influencers who can benefit a subscription management tool.
Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial outreach to closing and onboarding creators onto the platform.
Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor, educating creators on how to maximize engagement, drive revenue, and achieve growth through the platform.
Campaign Performance & Growth: Support creators post-onboarding, advising on best practices to help them grow their fan base and reach subscription goals.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in sales with a track record of success, ideally in an outbound or account management role.
- Experience in the content creator economy or a closely related field (influencer marketing, digital media, sports marketing).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
- Proven ability to sell complex, value-driven solutions by understanding client needs and tailoring the pitch accordingly.Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with sports-related brands or influencer-driven platforms.
- Familiarity with social media sales, digital marketing, or subscription business models.
- Background in sports or sports betting, with a strong understanding of the sports audience landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
