Marketing Manager  
Type: 1099 contract, part-time hourly, hybrid 

Pay: $25-$30/hr, depending on experience 

Start date: November 30, 2024 

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager in Atlanta, GA to drive our marketing and sales initiatives, develop innovative content, and optimize campaigns that promote both Level Workforce and our clients. This role requires an individual with a strong marketing background, digital marketing expertise, and graphic design skills, who can work independently, lead a team, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders. As a key part of our marketing team, you will shape our marketing strategies, enhance our online presence, and support our business growth through compelling, data-driven campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with executive leadership to define long-term marketing strategies and goals aligned with company objectives. 

  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities across key industries (construction, real estate, finance, etc.). 

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation. 

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content (videos, infographics, blog posts, social media graphics) and manage marketing materials such as websites, postcards, flyers, and presentations. 

  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, curate content, interact with followers, and develop campaigns to engage target audiences. 

  • CRM and Analytics: Integrate marketing efforts with our CRM platform, track customer interactions, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies. 

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with product development, finance, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities. 

  • Reporting: Track key performance metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reporting to leadership on progress and ROI. 

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing roles, with a portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. 

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience with digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email campaigns) and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp). 

  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) with a strong visual eye for design and branding. 

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, lead a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and integrating digital strategies with sales workflows. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze customer data, evaluate marketing campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. 

  • Team Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or collaborating with a marketing team to achieve strategic objectives required.
