The position provides support, coordinates and administers specific marketing services and programs designed to support lead generation, listings and other sales activities. Assists with special projects as needed.

The marketing coordinator provides marketing support, which may include any of the following job duties and responsibilities (95%):
Support the ongoing operations of the Semonin Print Shop by monitoring requests and verbal walk-up requests of agents, staff, and managers. Know how to operate the production printer. Know how to operate the Duplo cutting machine and the Triumph cutting machine. Know how to order supplies for the print operations and keep the Print Shop clean and in working order. Call maintenance when necessary. Work with printer and paper vendors when necessary. Maintain agent billing.
Manage the company's direct mail offerings for agents and the brokerage. This includes creating postcards, pulling mailing lists, and preparing mailings to go to the post office.
Produce and distribute monthly market reports and report booklets as requested by agents.
Create custom print marketing pieces for agents, staff, managers, and vendor partners when necessary.
Coordinate various marketing and recognition programs.
Develop and produce promotional materials. Responsibilities include layout design and modification to accommodate active listings and branding objectives, coordination of content, graphic design support, editing and proofing. Handle special marketing print needs.
Provide advertising and other creative consultation support. Develop, coordinate, schedule and review the various broadcast, Internet, newspaper, magazine, development, and seminar advertisements. Supply ad calendar and ad copies to agents and clients.
Organize proper channeling and completion of marketing forms and data between the marketing department and sales offices.
Coordinate training of sales associates relating to current marketing programs, issues, and events.
Plan and participate in special company events or meetings.
Prepare invoices, maintain computer billing database, and ensure accurate billing to sales associates through the accounting department.
Maintain/issue inventory of marketing materials and promotional wearables.
Meet with and serve as liaison with builders/developers and brokers. Prepare, develop, and maintain marketing materials used in New Homes communities.
Provide marketing technical support, including Assist agents with computer equipment and marketing software operation and training as necessary.
Prepare memos and news releases; maintain databases; produce reports; assist with special projects; may serve as a backup to other department staff.
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0 - 5%)

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications; or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Two years of related experience in a marketing or advertising position, with emphasis in sales
and marketing program support. Graphic design experience,
Real estate background and/or knowledge of bulk mail procedures would be considered a plus.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong computer skills. Ability to use both PC and Mac computers and software.
Ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment, yet as an independent worker with
minimal supervision.
Effective oral and written communication skills. A customer service focus.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented. Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Project management and
