  • Ensure email campaigns align with the marketing calendar and are sent on time.
  • Monitor email performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and share insights with ownership.

Content Management:

  • Coordinate photoshoots or content creation sessions with external photographers and designers as needed.
  • Review materials for consistency with brand guidelines before publication.

Event and Promotion Support:

  • Work with restaurant teams to ensure all promotional materials for events, menu launches, and seasonal campaigns are distributed and displayed properly.
  • Support marketing-related logistics for events, such as coordinating signage or ensuring on-site materials are in place.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Collect and organize performance data from marketing campaigns, including social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.
  • Compile reports for ownership and external partners, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools like Buffer.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp for email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for organization and collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with colleagues and external partners.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive entry-level salary based on experience.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.
  • The chance to contribute to the marketing efforts of a dynamic, growing restaurant group.

Schedule Expectations:

  • This is a full-time position with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend work for events or campaigns.
