The Marketing intern will report to the Marketing Project Manager to support all brand marketing-related projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement across various channels and consumer activations.

About the role:
The Marketing intern will report to the Marketing Project Manager to support all brand marketing-related projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement across various channels and consumer activations.
Overview:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing 360 go-to market strategies and campaigns to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement.
- Create internal reports on campaign performances, product updates, calendar changes/additions, and any other key information to keep the team up to date.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table with a willingness to contribute new perspectives and creative solutions.
- Help identify, engage with, and manage relationships with potential partners and collaborators. Assist in coordinating partnership agreements and collaborations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and partnership opportunities.
- Aid in managing press needs, including gathering information needed from cross functional partners for press releases, making sure PR agencies have necessary samples/stock for send outs, and aggregating and reporting on all press mentions weekly.
- Help organize and execute brand events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives and partnerships. Prepare reports and insights to guide decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ops, sales, product development, design, and social to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining market materials, and managing project timelines.
- Create and maintain monitoring key documents on a regular basis. (launch date calendars, creative briefs, etc.)
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in brand marketing and a passion for the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques. Experience with TRIBE, Dash Hudson is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas to brand marketing and partnership strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to operate with a high level of discretion.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn from and support team members.
