Marketing Specialist at Manpower Group in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturer of semiconductors, is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Social Media Coordinator to join their team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be part of the Communications and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be organized, self-motivated, and able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Social Media Coordinator Location: Meridian, ID Pay Range: $29.02 What's the Job? + Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to handle social media requests, ensuring they align with the company's brand's voice and objectives - this can include topics like diversity and inclusion, sustainability and talent acquisition. + Project and manage social media requests from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. + Support the development and execution of their overall social media channel strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. + Analyze social media data to gauge the success of campaigns and provide reports to the management team. + Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Social Media Project Manager to develop innovative and engaging content suggestions. What's Needed? + Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. + Proven experience in social media coordination or a similar role. + Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. + Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
