We are conducting a search for an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager for a fintech firm to be based in the Princeton, NJ office.

As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to elevate our marketing strategies, enhance customer acquisition efforts, and optimize return on investment (ROI). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will extract valuable insights from data, informing key marketing decisions. This position will directly report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to assess the performance of campaigns, customer behavior, and ROI. Utilize statistical models and data visualization tools to present findings.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor those in the marketing team to ensure the delivery of actionable insights and reports. Encourage a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
  • Marketing Technology: Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics tools. Leverage these platforms for data collection, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies, targeting, and messaging based on data insights. Optimize ad spend and conversion rates.
  • KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for marketing KPIs, providing senior management with a clear view of marketing performance.
  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize data to segment and profile customers, tailoring marketing efforts to specific audience groups for improved engagement.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and oversee A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with the overall business goals.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics and data management, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google suite of products (Analytics, Ads, Search Console), and statistical software.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Financial services and regulatory compliance knowledge are a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven marketing decisions.
