Marketing Technology Engineer Job at Erie Home in Toledo

The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for the technical integration and management of CRM systems with major advertising and social media platforms, including Google, Meta, and others. This individual will work closely with both IT and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution of these integrated systems. A key focus will be on implementing and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize marketing automation and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to analyze and optimize marketing data and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the integration of CRM systems with advertising and social media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, etc.).
• Optimize and execute marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and maintain system integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
• Analyze marketing data, develop dashboards, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
• Lead CRM and marketing platform integration projects and document processes.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within marketing or IT environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
• Experience with IPaaS/Middleware tools and web analytics platforms preferred.
