Marketing Strategy Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing or related field with proven leadership experience
- Possesses creativity and out-of-the-box / strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, personable; able to relate to internal and external stakeholders and build relationships
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media, print media, email marketing, and database management
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Asana, Dropbox, and Microsoft 265 is a plus
- Willingness and learn about the dairy and swine industry
- Able to work from their office in Omaha, NE
- Define marketing strategy, business strategy, and communications for the dairy and swine divisions
- Tailor marketing to focus on selling individuals versus products to retain clients and meet company goals and objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and sponsorships for all marketing initiatives
- Handle multi-channel marketing campaigns such as digital, social media, content, email, and events to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement
- Create a calendar strategy for annual planning and amplify current marketing initiatives to hit ROI target
- Work with stakeholders across the company to drive marketing initiatives
- Understand geographic diversity amongst target customers and clients to apply marketing strategies effectively
