As we expand through strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, we seek a talented Field Marketing Manager to help drive local and regional marketing efforts while coordinating with Hoffman Weber Construction and the national marketing team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing local and regional marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including events, sponsorships, organic digital content, and more. You will act as the liaison between Omnia Exterior Solutions’ marketing team and Hoffman Weber Construction, ensuring that local needs are met while maintaining brand consistency. You will also play a crucial role in tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, managing budgets, and supporting creative projects across various channels.
This position reports directly to the General Manager and involves regular collaboration with local management teams, vendors, and the national marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing events such as home shows, community fairs, and neighborhood pop-ups to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Identify relevant events, manage logistics, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Sponsorship Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage local sponsorships, including youth sports teams (e.g., Little League) and community events that foster goodwill and brand visibility.
- Coordinate agreements with local organizations and ensure proper execution and representation of the and OES brand (IE. BBB)
Organic Digital Content Creation and Execution:
- Create and manage organic digital content for social media channels (non-paid), including posts, stories, and updates that reflect and feature local team and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the national marketing team to ensure content aligns with OES’s overall messaging and strategy.
Liaison Between Member Companies and Omnia:
- Act as the primary point of contact between Hoffman Weber Construction and OES’s central marketing team, ensuring local marketing needs are addressed while maintaining brand consistency.
- Communicate performance metrics, campaign updates, and creative direction between local teams and national leadership.
Marketing Calendar and Creative Coordination:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that outlines local events, campaigns, and messaging strategies.
- Ensure all initiatives are planned well in advance and align with the company’s broader marketing goals and timelines.
Creative Review Coordination:
- Work with the OES marketing team and local property management to coordinate creative reviews and approvals for campaigns, materials, and content.
- Ensure that all creative assets are consistent with the OES brand guidelines and meet local market needs.
Website Updates:
- Coordinate updates to websites, ensuring timely changes to content, event information, and local initiatives.
- Work with the OES web development team to maintain up-to-date information across all digital platforms.
Social Media Management (Non-Paid):
- Oversee the management of local social media accounts, focusing on organic growth and engagement through regular posts, community interaction, and audience building.
- Monitor social media performance and report on growth metrics and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of planning and executing local marketing initiatives.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate fresh ideas and content that engage local communities and drive brand awareness.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with local teams, vendors, and the national marketing team.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, sponsorships, and content initiatives simultaneously.
- Budget Management: Experience managing budgets for events, sponsorships, and local marketing campaigns.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the residential home services industry
- Familiarity with community marketing strategies and local sponsorship management.
- Experience coordinating digital content and managing social media for local brands.
Compensation Details:
- $85,000-$95,000 based on experience
