Primary Responsibilities of the Business Marketing Trainee:

• Execute all client marketing campaigns in person through direct communication with customers and leads
• Provide exceptional service to consumers at all times
• Manage the execution of daily in-office and direct marketing campaign functions
• Work with all team members to increase sales revenue and maintain the sales pipeline in daily strategies
• Develop solid consumer relationships, address service needs, and answer questions confidently, timely, and honestly 
• Provide marketing strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
• Liaise between our clients and consumers 
• Interview and develop company new hires to provide a seamless training process

 Basic Qualifications of the Business Marketing Trainee:

• Ability to make decisions which have a significant impact on the company's credibility and reputation
• Experience in a client-facing customer service role
• Expert in technology, excel, google suite platforms, sales force, and more 
• Some college is bonus. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
• Leadership experience in a professional setting 
• Immense focus, drive, and integrity
