Robert Half is working with a client of ours looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven experience in website management, paid advertising, email marketing, and content management. This role is instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s website management to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and SEO optimization.
- Manage external web agency for website updates and enhancements. Knowledge of Wordpress is a plus!
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions. Hubspot experience is a plus!
- Oversee the development and management of digital content across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging materials, including blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia content.
- Implement content strategies that align with broader marketing objectives and SEO best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience maintaining websites or managing a vendor who manages websites, with WordPress expertise preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
