Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist . How Do You Fit In? As a Brand Marketing Specialist, youll play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Your key focus will be executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results through targeted promotions. Key responsibilities include managing marketing briefs and assets to ensure impeccable implementation, as well as conducting research on market trends and customer behavior to shape the overall marketing strategy. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities are essential to be successful in this role. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing . What You Will Do: Collaborate with dynamic cross-functional teams to bring bold marketing campaigns and promotions to life, driving business growth and customer engagement. Spearhead the execution of marketing initiatives by managing key assets, briefs, and timelines, ensuring seamless and timely implementation. Uncover valuable insights through in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior, informing a forward-thinking marketing strategy that sets us apart. Keep brand marketing calendar up-to-date, ensuring alignment and awareness across stakeholders and teams, and keeping our marketing engine running smoothly. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and elevate our brand. Join forces with creative, digital, and merchandising teams to champion brand consistency and excellence, creating a cohesive and compelling customer experience. What You Can Bring: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing; digital marketing is a must. Retail, apparel, and/or DTC industry experience is highly desirable. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a focus on effective project management. Experience working with creative teams, including creating creative briefs, defining requirements, providing constructive feedback, and working with standard project management tools such as Jira. Energy, creativity, and a forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on the future of marketing. Adaptable and agile attitude with the ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs. Embrace curiosity and a willingness to receive feedback, fostering a commitment to personal and professional growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in business or marketing-related field. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidates related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
