Job Description
Job Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our property management services, attract property owners, and enhance the visibility of our managed properties in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image throughout all product lines, promotional items, and events.
- Leads digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns with staying abreast of industry trends to optimize digital presence.
- Supervises the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, brochures, newsletters, and social media.
- Identifies and establishes partnerships with relevant industry organizations, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the property management division’s market position.
- Utilizes data analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and present updates to executive management as needed.
- Develops and manages marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Determines agencies and suppliers and negotiates contract terms and conditions for major services.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and coaches supervisory staff. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in a marketing role, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Working knowledge of MS office tools, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and/or similar tools.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects.

Salary: $100,000-120,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses.
