We have an opening for an Enterprise Marketing Specialist. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. Considering this model, this role could be based in the following cities:
- Orlando
At DLR Group, the Marketing team provides strategic support in pursuit of new opportunities and the development of marketing materials. By leveraging a deep understanding of market trends and client needs, the team highlights the firm's expertise and resonate with prospective clients.
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports strategic marketing and media plans by executing marketing and communications tactics. The Marketing Specialist supports the development of content, stories, materials, and other deliverables for traditional and digital / new media platforms, adhering to established processes and standards, in support of brand awareness building.
What you will do:
- Execute specific aspects of the marketing communications plan and calendar including components of marketing campaigns, client-facing award programs, conference and event support, project storytelling, and marketing asset management
- Develop messaging in collaboration with Media Leader to support media plan, media outreach, and contributed content
- Support communications content through research, storyboarding, writing, proofreading, editing, and digital content production
- Conduct editorial content gathering interviews and workshops with thought leaders across the firm, while driving timely deliverables forward with your team
- Contribute to KPI tracking that demonstrates the impact of your work
- Champion brand standards, voice, and style in all content
- Record discovered project information in firm database to ensure institutional knowledge
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in a Marketing, Brand, or Communications department, preferably in the AEC or design industry
- Action-oriented, with a knack for managing multiple tasks for multiple interests.
- Proven ability to tell compelling stories in variety of media; strong writing and proofreading skills
- Project and people management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams; familiarity with information gathering from a database, Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
