Senior Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. What You'll Do:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:
    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy direction and initiatives from conception through final metric analysis.
    2. Evaluate existing marketing plans and identify opportunities to enhance or update them based on current, or future, tactical and strategic organizational goals.
    3. Drive brand recognition and manage brand identity through strategic rebranding efforts with current and future audiences.
    4. Leverage analytical and investigative skills to enhance marketing strategies and drive revenue growth through storytelling, data sharing and market intelligence.
    5. Blend creativity with sales acumen to create and present marketing content that resonates with target audiences for a variety of service offerings.
  2. Content Creation and Process Management:
    1. Cultivate a passion for content creation, overseeing the end-to-end process from ideation to implementation.
    2. Drive continuous improvement in the content creation process to maintain a high level of creativity and relevance through written copy and collateral.
  3. Campaign Development and Execution:
    1. Devise and oversee national ad campaign strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue using the current tools and tech-stack.
    2. Utilize your expertise to create campaigns that go beyond tactical execution, focusing on strategic impact to drive long term business results.
    3. Leverage AI and other emerging marketing trends and tech platforms to create optimized processes that drive creative content and messaging for turnkey execution.
  4. Email Marketing and Customer Retention:
    1. Implement effective email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
    2. Drive customer retention initiatives and leverage data to enhance customer lifetime value.

What We'd Like to See:
  1. Proven experience creating and presenting marketing plans, with a track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
  2. Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  3. Experience in streamlining marketing processes and implementing customer facing automations.
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members to create awareness and leverage internal knowledge.
  5. Passion for continuous education and knowledge-sharing both internally and externally.
  6. Ability to maintain momentum and drive marketing initiatives forward while staying on strategy with tactics that will drive immediate action.
  7. Comfort with owning the responsibility, at a macro and micro level, of the marketing process for various projects and ideas.
  8. An innovative and strategic mindset with a natural focus on overall direction.
  9. Experience with Hubspot, Bullhorn, LinkedIn and Google ads strongly preferred.
