This role is critical in driving our marketing efforts through automated campaigns, lead generation, and nurturing strategies.

  • Manage the lead collection process to ensure MQLs are created and assigned to the sales reps based on business rules.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to design and implement automated campaigns across various channels and ensure tracking for all campaigns to measure performance results.
  • Collaborate with our analyst and campaign managers to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-informed recommendations for improvements in future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
  • Manage emails, forms, landing pages, lead scoring models, database and integrations.
  • Ensure proper email guidelines, branding, and deliverability; and manage all email templates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and apply them to improve our processes.
  • Ensure all Marketo activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the platform including existing integrations.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation.
  • Proven experience with Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong technical skills to maintain integrations within the Martech stack.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in a marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with Zapier or similar integration tools.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
