Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: You’re here to build marketing strategies that are as aggressive as our expansion goals. Your plans should align with our mission to grow and expand our reach while setting us apart from the competition.
Content Creation: Craft powerful content for every marketing channel — online and offline. Whether it’s social media, websites, funnels, email campaigns, or print, make it engaging, memorable, and on-brand.
Digital Marketing: Take the wheel on all digital marketing fronts. From SEO to SEM, email marketing to high-impact video campaigns, you’re here to maximize our reach and results. Familiarity with High Level for funnel development is a plus.
Social Media Management: Elevate our social media game. Develop content that sparks conversation, builds loyalty, and positions us as leaders in the industry. Keep the audience engaged and our presence strong.
Brand Management: Champion our brand across every touchpoint. Your eye for detail ensures that every message reflects our identity and values consistently.
Event Promotion: Drive the buzz for our events and workshops. From designing materials to managing campaigns, you’re the reason our events make waves.
Analytics and Reporting: Measure, analyze, and refine. Use analytics to evaluate campaigns, report results, and recommend improvements. You don’t just monitor; you optimize for growth.
Partnership Building: Collaborate with external partners, align marketing efforts, and extend our brand’s reach. Partnerships aren’t just connections — they’re alliances.
Brand Ambassadors: Develop and execute our brand ambassador program to ensure customer engagement and brand loyalty.

Major Marketing Channels
Offline: Print materials, event promotion, brand ambassador programs

Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-stakes marketing, preferably in consumer services.

Requirements
- Team player with external partnership experience.
- Minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility as needed.
- Available 7 AM - 3:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Must respond within 10 minutes through designated communication channels.
