The Senior Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Field Services marketing team, responsible for overseeing and executing strategic marketing efforts that enhance the competitive position of our Business Line. This role will primarily support marketing activities within the Central and West Regions, including proposal development. The Sr. Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with internal and external contributors to create high-quality deliverables and help us win work. Areas of Responsibility Oversee capture activities within defined markets, including the development and submission of proposals, ensuring compliant and compelling final products. Maintains resources and information that supports successful capture of work. Communicates market insights to internal partners to maximize marketing efforts across Field Services and Garver. Workload Management Effectively manage workload by understanding task priority levels: Level 1 focuses on capture management, Level 2 on information management, and Level 3 on tasks supporting Business Line objectives. Adapt to changing priorities while ensuring key deadlines are met, recognizing when to request support. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with internal and external clients to gather necessary information for proposals and marketing materials. Leverage internal resources, including technical experts, graphic designers, peers, and supervisors, to achieve the best possible outcomes for these markets. Growth Marketing Coordinators will be encouraged to develop their expertise and contribute to the team's success by advancing Field Services' marketing strategies and by setting learning goals. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the AEC Industry or with DOTs. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with proposal development and capture management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
