We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Automation Specialist to further support CentralReach’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing automation strategy and operations to support email campaigns, lead generation and nurture, and revenue generation. You will be collaborating with various internal stakeholders to design and test campaigns according to best practices. The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator and problem solver with a high intellectual curiosity and will thrive in a data-driven environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Support go-to-market efforts through email campaign creation, management, and reporting.
Support the operational go-to-market needs of Demand Gen, Events, Product marketing teams by creating, managing and optimizing all landing page and tracking experiences across Pardot and Wordpress.
Assist with customer and prospect nurture programs designed to deliver an excellent experience at all stages of the user journey.
Manage prospect/customer targeting lists and segmentation for multi-channel campaign needs.
Maintain SFDC campaigns and UTMs for multi-channel campaign needs.
Assist in the management of the marketing tech stack, including but not limited to Zapier, website chat integrations, and Chili Piper.
Assist in troubleshooting sync issues between marketing automation tools and CentralReach CRM.
Uncover opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing funnel.
Regularly report on the efficacy of marketing communications and contributions to revenue.
Challenge the status quo of email marketing by incorporating the latest email best practices and trends.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations such as CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and industry-specific compliance.
Support routine documentation of marketing tech stack changes and new processes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years’ experience working in marketing automation role.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly known as Pardot, preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Wordpress and Salesforce CRM.
Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS.
Experience in performance reporting and analytics.
Experience working with Zapier and creating workflows across various platforms and applications.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong time and project management skills.
