It specializes in B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Development
• Collaborate with operational and development teams to refine the B2Prime roadmap.
• Expand the range of trading instruments to meet market demands.
• Lead integration with payment providers, enabling seamless transactions through cards, Apple Pay, and other platforms.
• Oversee the website’s functionality, ensuring it supports trading activities and onboarding processes effectively.
• Integrate tools such as TradingView to enhance user experience and provide clients with advanced trading capabilities.
Digital Marketing & Channel Activation
• Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Develop and manage B2Prime’s presence on social media platforms, including launching and maintaining a Telegram channel.
• Create and manage customer onboarding flows, leveraging automation to ensure a seamless and personalized onboarding experience.
• Coordinate marketing efforts around new feature releases and partnerships.
Customer Monetization & Partnership Development
• Develop and implement strategies for monetizing client funds through institutional partnerships and liquidity providers.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance customer offerings and create revenue streams.
• Lead the creation of customer loyalty programs, ensuring continuous engagement and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales, customer success, tech, and compliance teams to ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead product launches by coordinating efforts between internal and external teams, and creating compelling marketing materials.
• Ensure smooth coordination for all project tasks, including managing a centralized task database in Jira for tracking deliverables.
Data-Driven Decision Making
• Use market insights, product usage data, and customer feedback to continually optimize marketing and product strategies.
• Develop reporting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Operational Efficiency
• Maintain B2Prime’s website and ensure its optimal performance for both marketing and trading operations
• Oversee the restructuring of customer onboarding processes, focusing on efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Organize meetings with external contractors, prepare meeting materials, and manage ongoing collaborations.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in the brokerage space.
• Proven track record in expanding product offerings and integrating digital payment systems.
Technical & Marketing Skills
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in integrating external platforms and payment providers to enhance customer experience
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and the fintech ecosystem.
Industry Knowledge
• Expertise in fintech, crypto, and blockchain technologies.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in the financial sector and the ability to navigate compliance considerations.
Adaptability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• A proactive approach to solving challenges and driving continuous improvement.
