A marketing operations specialist uses sales and marketing tools to streamline the marketing process and support marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing marketing automation
  • Building and executing campaigns
  • Analyzing data
  • Optimizing workflows

  • Ensuring compliance

Your role on our team is to act as the instrument that translates strategic vision to tactical execution working with your agency colleagues. This position is the perfect fit for someone who is a natural problem solver, doer, and is confident in their ability to learn, execute, optimize and repeat daily. 


Let’s get more specific. You will contribute to this team by…

  • Writing demand gen copy based on keywords and client goals. Then building the asset that coordinates best with it - email, landing pages, website, paid ads, etc and leveraging AI where applicable.
  • Managing marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Building and weekly optimization of paid campaigns in Google and LinkedIn.
  • Developing and optimizing workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Ensuring data integrity and proper segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, making adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Creating detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Being a part of a client-facing team confident in your ability to clearly communicate and deliver actionable insights.


Minimum Qualification & Skills:

  • Hubspot management experience is required. Experience in Marketo, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud in addition to Hubspot is a bonus.
  • Current knowledge and experience building and monitoring ad campaigns in Google and LinkedIn is required.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and content best practices. 
  • Time and project management skills to ensure efficiency in tasks.
  • Clearly articulate and communicate with clients and team members.
