We are hiring Product Marketing Lead for Data & AI business who will closely work with the Practice and Sales teams.
Responsibilities Include:
You will report to the Global Head of AI/GenAI Marketing with a dotted line reporting to the Data & AI business Head. In this role you will:
- Develop the marketing strategy for how HCLTech will uniquely approach the Data & AI segment through GTM and experiential programs
- Develop comprehensive strategies including channels, tactics and where needed, messaging and positioning updates, to reach target audiences and drive adoption
- Work closely with all teams within the Marketing organization, as well as specialized technical pre-sales teams, delivery teams and sales teams, to promote adoption of Data & AI and AI Foundry offerings in existing and new accounts
- Increase the awareness and familiarity of our offerings within G200 organizations on a measurable basis by providing global guidance on our messages, content and programs to support our go-to-market efforts.
- Create high-quality content that resonates and is leveraged for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and overview sales presentations
- Leverage various channels, working closely with our digital marketing team – to create and Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into customers
- Create strategies to engage existing customers, gather feedback, and encourage loyalty. Spans customer advocacy programs, organizing user communities, and delivering ongoing value-added content and services
- Track and analyze metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI
- Develop and maintain sales enablement and training materials (battlecards, pitch decks)
Overall Skills and Experience required:
- Should have 12-15 years of marketing and product marketing experience
- Previous experience in Product Marketing for a technology company
- Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value proposition of the product, communicate features and benefits and engage with customers and stakeholders across various channels.
- The marketer in this role needs to think strategically about market positioning, target audiences, and competitive differentiation, taking into consideration the broader business goals and aligning marketing strategies with product roadmap and sales objectives.
- Need strong skills in PM, with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Effective project management skills, including prioritization, time management, and organization, are essential for staying on track and delivering results in a fast-paced environment..
Experience managing external agencies and content creators to produce high-quality marketing material.
MBA preferred but not mandatory; we value talent and innovation over formal education.
