Primary Skills: Email Marketing-Expert, CRM Tools-Advanced, Campaign Management-Advanced, Stakeholder Communication-Intermediate, Reporting-Basic Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Contract Type: W2 Only Location: San Diego, CA, or Mountain View, CA (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range:$60 - $65 Per hour #LP JOB SUMMARY: This role focuses on supporting and managing lifecycle marketing campaigns, specifically for the Desktop CRM program targeting customers purchasing through retailers. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing managers, oversee the Desktop CRM program, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle campaign calendars efficiently. The position involves hands-on email marketing experience, familiarity with both large and small CRM tools (like Salesforce and MailChimp), and the ability to manage end-to-end campaign deployment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Support marketing managers with production tasks for lifecycle marketing campaigns Own the Desktop CRM program, ensuring its success and efficiency Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Manage and organize campaign calendars meticulously Report on email campaign performance and derive actionable insights Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM tools Ability to collaborate across teams and manage campaign calendars Superior organizational and project management skills Industry Experience: B2C email marketing experience required. FinTech industry experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
