Job Description
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
This individual will contribute to existing marketing campaigns, protocols and procedures by executing digital marketing writing assignments, executing digital updates and providing digital reporting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, journalism, digital marketing, email campaigns and lead generation. The digital marketing coordinator must be an organized multi-tasker able to handle many diverse assignments at once and meet tight deadlines.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proofing, uploading and executing digital marketing assignments including
o Blogs, articles, announcements, calling posts
o Broadcast Study Notes for web
o Digital Monthly Partner Letter
o Web articles and devotionals
o Digital Monthly Bulletin
• Proofing, uploading and executing digital campaigns including
o Nurture drip emails
o Digital Newsletters
o Event drip emails
• Data collection and reporting including
o Google Analytics Reports
o Digital Focus Groups
o Online Surveys
o Weekly Streaming and digital platform reporting
• Scheduling web copy tasks in project management software
• Work with Information Technology department on monthly eStore and website updates
• Execute digital advertising placement and reporting
• Compiling message summaries for use on web and eStore
• Cataloging transcripts and study notes
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
EXPERIENCE:
• Administration or sales and marketing experience.
• 3+ years in Digital Marketing position
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experienced with digital reporting and ad placement
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization skills
• Google Analytics
