Segment Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to help us build our pipeline and promote our business to specific segments. As a Segment Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and demand for our products/services to specific segments. You will work closely with internal teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand visibility, and ultimately support our growth objectives.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.
Rate: $120,000 - $140,000 / yr. w2
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement segment-based marketing strategies focused on lead generation and pipeline creation.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Pipeline Generation: Develop strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into pipeline.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy, including writing content, working with internal teams to create content, and distributing on relevant channels.
- Event Management: Identify and support limited field events to maximize awareness, drive lead generation, and create pipeline.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and services teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources across channels and tools to effectively maximize ROI.
Experience Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in campaign marketing, with a focus on accounts-based marketing and pipeline creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).

Travel:
- Travel up to 15%.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
