Summary: We are looking for an outgoing, bubbly (POSITION) to be the backbone of our business development team. You will be responsible for the coordination of all marketing events, community outreach programs, attend networking events and organize/ maintain marketing inventory. The successful candidate will be able to aid during all phases of the marketing process from coordination, setup, participation and un-assembly of events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, organize, and order marketing merchandise and marketing room
• Create marketing flyers and/or any graphic design for events
• Provide support to current and potential providers
• Assist with re-audits for provider accounts
• Schedule marketing events including, schedule of staff, guestlist, marketing bags, location, and catering
• Work closely with Director of Business Development, for marketing department needs
• Act as a liaison between the community and the business organization
• Assist with financial marketing budget

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Works will with little to no supervision
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing is preferred but not required
• Exceptional record of attendance history in previous employment
• Great communication skills with an outgoing personality
• Associate’s degree in Marketing preferred but experience will be taken into consideration

Salary: $23-$25

Travel Requirements: 80% - mileage compensation

Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8:30am-5:30pm but required 90% attendance of marketing events, holidays as needed.
