We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing B2B team. In this role, you’ll spearhead the optimization of our sales marketing operations, from technology implementation to lead qualification and conversion strategies. Your expertise will guide the planning and execution of omni-channel campaigns, and other initiatives aimed at improving conversions and pipeline velocity. Collaborating across departments, you’ll help drive sales and refine our sale and marketing funnel. Leverage our extensive audiences and third-party data to fuel B2B growth across multiple brands.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Design, build, maintain and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and coordinate handoff to sales.
  • Plan and execute strategies to enhance quality of leads and improve conversion.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize the lead funnel and pertinent campaign components (target audience, content, design, emails, posts, landing pages etc.)
  • Support new product launches, physical and digital events with impactful communications that increase awareness and drive MQLs
  • Create pertinent reporting to measure and continuously improve all facets of the process.
  • Lead the integration and optimization of marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Evaluate, implement, manage and optimize new marketing technologies.
  • Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Who you are:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing, finance, economics, mathematics, science, or a related field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience optimizing marketing process, tools, content and audience funnels.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and reporting tools (HubSpot etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development preferred.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing stack, processes and measurement.
