The Digital Marketing Associate is a unique position at Fagron’s North America HQ in Downtown, Austin, Texas! As the Digital Marketing Associate with Fagron Sterile Services US (FSS), 503B Outsourcing, you will dive headfirst into cross-functional collaboration to support campaigns, data-based decision making, storytelling, and develop strategic business solutions in the digital space. Your impactful work will support various digital marketing responsibilities related to e-commerce, marketing automation, content development for social media, email, and web-based business solutions to reach customers and connect prospects with our products and services, including opportunities to develop basic design skill and work with third party agencies. The Marketing team is dedicated to building consumer trust (hospital pharmacy, ambulatory surgery centers, clinics, and physicians offices, B2B, B2B2C) through promotion and positioning of our brands, products, services, and pharmaceutical expertise – moving our organization forward with a patient focus and customer-centric, growth mindset. ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the marketing team to execute digital marketing tactics (ad campaigns, email, social media, blog, web, SEO) to support outreach activities and deepen market, product, and consumer insights to cultivate a strong understanding of the unmet needs of customers and drive proactive learning into the business. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support/develop reports that serve as a catalyst for change by helping Marketing and channel leaders make data-driven decisions about programs and campaigns not limited to: digital marketing and lead-gen, product launches, customer/prospect journey mapping, customer retention. Conduct research, data and process analyses, provide actionable recommendations and work with digital marketing/demand generation, finance, sales, new product development and other partners as appropriate to measure success and tell our story. Maintain an active role in marketing operations and campaign execution, supporting team project management, campaign and content development (including video) and providing insights to evaluate ROI with objectivity. Gather, analyze, and synthesize ad hoc analysis and research into comprehensive succinct reports. Set yourself apart Desired Skills: Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing and driving impactful customer and user engagement. Desire to drive customer perspective/voice into business and brand strategy. Organized and detail oriented to develop quality analysis and content while ensuring project timelines are on track. The ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage project management skills/tools (ex. ClickUp) a must. Natural collaborator with experience in content development, social media (LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), etc.), blogging, paid campaigns, and constructing thoughtful analyses of campaigns you will have the autonomy to run. Flexibility to view change as opportunity, work with ambiguity, and thrive in a creative environment. Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics 365 CE), Marketing Automation (Pardot, D365 CE, HubSpot, or similar), CMS (Webflow, Wordpress, or similar), SSM (Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar), Google Analytics, and project management tools (ClickUp, MS Project, Teamwork). Experience with creative development tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc. a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, understanding of Power BI a plus (or other data visualization tools). Other Qualifications: Bachelors in business, marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, communications, or a related field. Familiarity or experience working in a highly regulated space, like healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Ability to work out of Fagron’s North America HQ in Austin, TX, with flexible remote schedule options. What’s on offer?
