Position Overview:

The Marketing Account Manager is a key role for our growing organization. This role assists loan officers by creating their marketing plans for the year. Along with the marketing plans this position will foster long-term relationships with clients by presenting marketing best-practices, informing clients of the company's offerings, and resolving any client issues. It will also assist clients with building their personal brand and create actionable strategies to increase clients' brand equity.

This position will have internal and external clients and assist in finding the middle ground to support both parties, also aligning with the company's marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for loan officers.
  • Build relationships with loan officers to understand their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Understand and communicate brand strategy and consumer targeting to ensure all integrated marketing efforts align with account strategies.
  • Create and deliver custom strategic marketing campaigns targeted at driving leads and brand recognition to clients including conception, creative and media plan development management and measurement.
  • Oversee management of marketing programs, events, sponsorships, and related activities that deliver on our marketing strategy and overall business strategy for assigned clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all marketing initiatives including but not limited to paid social, digital, OOH, traditional, etc.
  • Ensure timely resolutions of issues and requests, maintaining high levels of satisfaction of assigned clients.
  • Effectively assist in managing clients' budget including forecasting, review, and reconciliation.
  • Create processes and guides that will set up the team for long-term success.
  • Interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups including technical subject matter experts, C-suite, branch, and business VPs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results.
  • Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to gain consensus.
  • Efficient project management skills and ability to adjust plans quickly to meet changing needs.
  • Experience in annual marketing planning for sales organizations.
  • Cross-Functional marketing background with knowledge across core digital and OOH marketing channels.
  • Proficient in Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office Suite.
