Marketing Proposal Coordinator
We are seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to lead architectural proposal development, coordinate graphic and written content for marketing materials, and participate in other marketing initiatives such as internal and external email communications and social media strategy and execution.
This position is based in our Mountainside, New Jersey headquarters office, with a hybrid flex day. We provide a collaborative team environment, and this highly visible role will support and advance Netta Architect's capability to win new work, promote exposure to our services in various marketing mediums, and enhance our brand for recruiting purposes.
We seek a career-oriented marketing professional with proposal experience who is eager to contribute to the firm's continued growth through creative marketing strategies. The candidate should be a team player with initiative, flexibility, ability to multi-task, strong editing, proofreading, and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination, production, and execution of proposal responses to various Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) with varying levels of complexity and depth.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Director, work to elevate the design quality and writing of proposal submissions to increase our overall success rate.
- Write, edit, and manage resumes/CVs, project descriptions, news for the website, and additional collateral consistent with the firm brand and image.
- Assist with design content for interviews/presentations and other materials.
- Research, write, and post updates to all social media outlets.
- Lead award submissions, including graphic design and writing.
- Represent the firm at trade shows and professional organization conventions.
- Managed the firm’s Intranet and coordinated with the firm’s website manager.
- Coordinate project photo shoots.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience working in the Marketing/Proposal Department within an A/E/C firm (preferably architectural) or similar experience.
- 1-3 years of solid experience in:
- copywriting
- design, layout, typography, and composition
- graphic design
- social media and/or website analytics, and reporting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and technical writing and communication skills.
- High energy level, creativity, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Well-organized with the ability to juggle and meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Skills and experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Canva
