We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to be an integral part of our fast growing team in the North American Premium Steel Doors and Windows market.  We are looking for a highly creative individual who can take charge of our marketing effort including social media, digital marketing and print advertising.  The selected candidate will be on a fast track to the Digital Marketing Manager's position in this high energy company.  The selected candidate will have a demonstrated record of achievement and increasing responsibilities..     .

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop marketing materials and social media content
• Develop social media campaigns which are coordinated with sales activities and goals
• Assist in the development of annual department budgets and campaign budgets
• Develop methods to monitor the financial success of the digital marketing efforts 
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitors marketing efforts and look for opportunities for company to differentiate   
• Assist with daily activities and tasks including helping the Chinese team 
• Respond to pertinent emails, texts and phone calls from  

Qualifications:

• Bilingual - English and Mandarin Chinese
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (interact with US and Chinese teams) 
• Proficiency in social media marketing 
• Graphic Design Skills (preferred)
• Basic video editing skills (preferred)
• Strong project management skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills 
• Deadline and detail-oriented
