What you get to do:

As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you'll support Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island parks by assisting in developing a wide array of marketing initiatives and managing the execution of marketing tactics across all channels. You will ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns for consumer events at both parks. As a critical team member within a passionate and hard-working marketing team you will:

* Assist with the creative development & management of marketing promotional materials for consumer events, concerts, festival campaigns

* Project management of assigned marketing programs to include strategy, development, execution & performance management for consumer activation programs, including events such as Summer Celebration, Food & Wine Festival, Christmas Town, etc.

* Collaboration with interdepartmental teams for web content, email campaigns, social, PR and in-park communication.

* Lead the development of all Adventure Island Water Park consumer events from concept to approvals through execution working closely with water park management

* Assist with creating and executing marketing collateral to support all Adventure Island events, such as flyers, in-park communication, emails & website

* Analyze data after events are completed, create detailed event recaps and provide recommendations for changes or improvements

* Support in-park marketing initiatives

* Work with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Corporate divisions (Creative Services, Email, Social, Web) to execute multichannel marketing projects for the parks

* Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner

* Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors, vendors, partners and our guests

* Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and marketing experience

* 3 years minimum experience in marketing required

* Hospitality, tourism, and/or entertainment-related marketing experience highly preferred

* Superior multi-tasking, competing priority management and speed to execution designed for a fast-paced, flexible, and demanding environment

* Ability to manage and prioritize deadlines of diverse and high-volume projects

* Effective project management, tactical execution, including alignment, identification, and prioritization of resources for areas of responsibility

* Enthusiastic, confident leader with ability to build cross-discipline influence with a team that features diversified areas of expertise

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Must have a valid Driver's license and able to meet company driving guidelines

* Must be enthusiastic, confident, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and be extremely detailed

* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to adapt communication style to several different audiences

* Must possess strong customer service skills, along with timely and accurate follow up

What else is important:

* Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

* Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)

* Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat

* Work regularly Monday through Friday but with flexibility based on business need to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Occasional travel required.

Compensation:

* $19.25 per hour.
