We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to support our retail partners by implementing and managing trade marketing initiatives, both in-store and digital. Your focus will be to enhance brand visibility, contributing to brand growth, and foster strong relationships with retail partners to ensure Tavos success in the market.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a start-up environment and can think holistically about all aspects of retailer marketing for this new brand. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is passionate and eager to contribute to brand growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning & Communication

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies designed to support retail partner success.
  • Design and launch marketing campaigns and product introductions that adhere to brand strategy and sales goals.
  • Create and implement a cohesive communication framework and content plan, collaborating with sales and account services to ensure effective messaging of product and campaign launches.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all retail channels, working closely with internal teams to align efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to identify opportunities and challenges and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Create competitor analysis and provide recommendations on product marketing within our retailer space.

In-Store Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing materials for sales and store associates to support product launches, brand awareness, and ongoing education.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and distribution for marketing materials and giveaways, ensuring efficient order processes and timely delivery.
  • Process visual merchandising requests and facilitate communication, design, build, and install with internal teams, vendors, and retailers.
  • Support the execution of in-store events, providing printed and digital support as needed.

Digital Support

  • Compile product data for retailers e-commerce launches and ensure compliance with retailer content requirements.
  • Support the cross-collaboration between Nuna and Tavo with our retail partners.
  • Conduct audits to ensure optimal brand exposure, accurate product listings, and effective use of marketing assets.
  • Oversee the digital asset management system to ensure customer assets are available according to the launch and the calendars are up to date.
  • Issue and update creative briefs in correspondence with customer-specific asset requests, product launches, sales support, social media assets, and digital marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create eye-catching and educational marketing materials.

Other

  • Manage, forecast, and maintain budget and processing for all trade marketing activities.
  • Research, compare, and manage vendor relationships related to the execution of customer-specific needs, such as printed assets and POS materials.
  • Develop best practices to streamline department processes.
  • Provide general departmental support on special initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Participate in team and cross-functional meetings, giving relevant updates to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environment is a plus.

Technology

  • Technology Savvy and proficient in using MS Office Suite; Required: Expert/Super User level Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management software - Bynder preferred.
  • Familiarity with Project Management software; Wrike preferred.
  • Familiarity with Expense Reporting software; BILL preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software with ease.

Other

  • Travel: Domestic up to 15% as business needs warrant to include periodic travel to regional markets for events and research.
  • Ability to work extended hours as business needs warrant, may include nights and weekends.
