Job Description
Set Digital Marketing Strategy
Direct marketing and brand strategy, including forecasting, budget management, and determining KPIs to drive revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer acquisition
Design marketing initiatives, brand partnerships, and brand awareness campaigns to achieve strategic priorities
Execute Cross-Channel Marketing & External Communications
- Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing and growth activities
- Execute and scale Paid Social and Search strategies, focusing on platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Develop, implement, and manage email and SMS growth strategies, including automations and campaigns
- Co-lead B2B communications with the C-suite to ensure effective brand representation across key retailers
- Manage all brand and press communication strategies, including influencer and press outreach, seeding, partnerships, and organic social placements.
Direct eCommerce Priorities
- Manage all eCommerce activities, including merchandising, on-page SEO optimizations, on-site conversion optimizations, go-to-market eCommerce rollouts, and daily website maintenance
- Oversee UX/UI and web design efforts for eCommerce success; utilize web traffic analytics and heat map technologies to optimize website checkout conversion processes
Bolster Brand Growth:
Collaborate closely with the C-suite on product launch strategies and positioning; conduct competitor market share research and analysis, and develop ongoing marketing funnel strategies for successful launches.
Provide creative direction in packaging development, branding, and maintaining the overall brand image
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Assist in talent acquisition and development
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
Experience working across marketing channels (paid media, social, affiliate)
Familiarity with CRM & loyalty strategies
Ideal candidate will come with experience both setting & executing an integrated marketing strategy
Past managerial experience preferred as candidate will have direct reports and manage vendor/agency relationships
Strong understanding of the skin and haircare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of changing priorities
Proficiency in project management and retail software such as Shopify, Quickbooks, Asana, Slack, and Adobe Illustrator a plus

Ideal candidate will come with both marketing strategy & execution experience with a beauty, wellness, or similarly related brand (e.g., apparel)
Past managerial experience preferred as candidate will have direct reports and manage vendor/agency relationships
