The Beach Company is looking for an experienced Residential Marketing Coordinator to join our Beach Residential team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Social Media Marketing/Advertising including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other media outlets
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite to track organic/boosted social media analytics daily
- Capture reel content and use professionally provided real estate photos to create social media content
- Design graphics for digital marketing
- Build featured ads for print marketing and work with third parties on distribution
- Design and update office informational materials like home presentations packets, new agent packets, bios, and more
- Develop new ideas/ways to Advertise and Market, develop best practices with agents
- Train agents on the usage of social media and other Advertising/Marketing tools
- Assist in the company’s onboarding program by providing social media practice and tips
- Support the agents as they build their business through print and digital marketing like postcards, e-blasts, and social media posts to help them launch their brand
- Develop and maintain a marketing and advertising budget
- Upload listings, photos, content to MLS on behalf of agents
- Create and send eblasts several times a week
- Create and disseminate a monthly newsletter
- Assist agents and create a summary of all marketing/advertising efforts for a specific property for the owner’s review when requested
- Process basic office invoices and monthly expenses
- Help coordinate open houses and other events
- Manage lockboxes, signs, office supplies, etc.
- Oversee the front desk, greet guests, answer questions, and take in-coming phone calls
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications
- Basic website design skills, Indesign, Constant Contact, MS Office
- 2 years’ experience in any of these fields is preferred but not required
- Real Estate license is a bonus but not required
