Daily Responsibilities of the Entry Level Brand Marketing Assistant:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by effectively communicating product features and benefits, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service
- Overcome customer objections effectively and professionally while negotiating and finalizing sales contracts
- Follow up with current, past, and prospective customers to collect valuable feedback and optimize our sales processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct market research to gain insights into new territories, driving expansion efforts and enhancing our operations
- Handle confidential customer information and contracts with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Act as a key point of contact and a role model for new entry level Brand Marketing Assistants, providing guidance and support
- Deliver information confidently and clearly to customers, clients, and teammates
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of the Entry Level Brand Marketing Assistant:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail or a related field is highly preferred
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers and presenting information
