POSITION PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and executing graphic design, creating engaging social media content, monitoring social media trends, communicating with constituents, and assisting in other marketing efforts for BBBS Miami. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote BBBS Miami and our online presence to increase brand awareness, support fundraising, and drive prospects to conversions.
Key Relationships:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer
Core Responsibilities:
- Create graphic design deliverables that promote the BBBS Miami brand while following brand guidelines.
- Create and edit written, video, and photo content to ensure consistency and quality.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across email and social media platforms to promote fundraising and recruitment efforts.
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy that aligns with brand goals across multiple social media platforms.
- Leverages email marketing tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention and acquisition.
- Manage and update the company website and social media platforms to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze website traffic and social media metrics to optimize marketing strategies
- Manage and organize the digital marketing files including photo storage
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for online channels – to help support development and program efforts
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Produce marketing, social media, web, or email campaign reports
- Participate in collaborative team projects to help grow and build the program
- Attend events to capture and produce live social media content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a comprehensive social media calendar.
- Engage with users by responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely manner.

Personal Qualities and Key Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field and/or equivalent years of experience in content creation, videography, and social media management
- Deep understanding of how data (including user-level data and partially identifiable data) must be captured, stored, and flowed through systems to enable multi-channel, data-driven marketing
- Strong understanding of videography principles and editing software like Final Cut Pro
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Routine office environment with flexible work hours to meet the organization’s needs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
- Must be able to move about the inside of the office
- Must be able to exchange accurate communication.
- Must be able to operate office productivity machinery (i.e. computer, copier, etc.)
- Must be able to lift office equipment up to 25 pounds.
Location:
This position is based in Miami, Florida, at BBBS of Miami’s headquarters at 550 NW 42nd Avenue Miami, FL 33126 with 5% of total work time traveling.
Compensation:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a full-time non-exempt position. COO supervises this position. The salary for this position is between $48k-55k depending on experience. BBBS of Miami positions involve regular computer use plus some minimal lifting.
