POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) process for new products at 10X Health, from conception to post-launch optimization. The role requires managing product lifecycle activities, developing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless e-commerce integration across platforms like Shopify. A key focus will be to improve time-to-market efficiency, increase brand visibility, and align with regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and technology, to drive product success across digital channels.

OBJECTIVES

  • ​Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new products, including conceptualization, product formulation, launch strategy, and post-launch analysis.C
  • oordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent execution. D
  • evelop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audiences.E
  • xecute campaigns to build product awareness, drive sales, and strengthen brand visibility.L
  • ead the creation of marketing collateral including product descriptions, landing pages, banners, and promotional materials.E
  • nsure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.M
  • anage the seamless integration of new products into the Shopify store, ensuring accurate product data, proper formatting, and the inclusion of all necessary assets.C
  • ollaborate with technology and design teams to optimize user experience on the platform.P
  • artner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials and strategies meet industry standards and regulations.O
  • versee the approval process with minimal rounds of revision from the regulatory teams.C
  • ollaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth integration and alignment with platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce.W
  • ork with internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader company objectives.M
  • onitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize future marketing strategies.P
  • rovide post-launch performance reports and suggest iterations based on findings.

DUCATION AND EXPERIENCEB

  • achelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.M
  • inimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on health and wellness or e-commerce industries.P
  • roven track record of leading product launches and executing successful go-to-market strategies.F
  • amiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is essential.
