About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their executive leadership team. The CMO will be a key partner in defining and executing an integrated strategy to drive revenue growth in both new and existing markets. This role is pivotal in leading the marketing team, managing growth strategies, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive, brand-building, and aligned with the company's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for go-to-market strategy, marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales support, as well as championing a dynamic culture that is in line with the company's values and mission. Collaboration with the executive team and external partners is essential, and the CMO will be expected to have a strong understanding of the customer journey, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. To succeed in this role, the CMO must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in strategic marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a focus on acquisition and engagement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading the growth and launch of multiple product lines, be adept at problem-solving, and have the ability to influence and inspire others. A passion for transforming the delivery of accessible, evidence-based, and clinically excellent care in the pediatric mental health space is a must. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the CMO will play a critical role in supporting this mission.
