The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support the business objectives of The Kleingers Group, including its sub-brands and branch offices. This role is key to boosting brand awareness and supporting marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. You'll collaborate with the marketing team and internal departments to create compelling content, run campaigns, and support impactful AEC industry initiatives. We're looking for a proactive, creative go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and has a strong attention to detail.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Content Creation & Brand Management:
  • Help craft eye-catching marketing materials like brochures, portfolios, and case studies.
  • Produce fresh, engaging content for our website, social media, and beyond.
  • Keep brand assets organized and accessible.
  1. Social Media & Online Presence:
  • Create and manage dynamic social media content to amplify our brand across platforms.
    • Report and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and expand reach.
  1. Proposal Support:
  • Assist in creating compelling proposals that align with our brand and standards.
    • Help finalize proposal submissions, making sure everything's polished.
  1. Website & Digital Asset Management:
  • Regularly review and update websites to reflect current services, projects, and brand positioning.
    • Work with web vendors to maintain an SEO-friendly, visually appealing site.
  1. Photography & Event Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate photography for projects, employees, and company events.
  • Edit photos and maintain high-quality visual standards for all content.
  1. Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
  • Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and email blasts.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of email campaigns and newsletters targeting existing clients and prospective leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 10+ years of marketing or communications experience. *AEC industry experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital marketing tools.
    • Proposal Management experience is a plus.


Skills:

  • A pro in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visually striking materials.
  • Experienced with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills for proposals, social posts, and more.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiar with social media management tools and strategies to boost engagement.
  • Basic photography and image editing skills are a plus.
