About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sharp Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and user acquisition efforts. As a Growth Marketing Manage at StyleAI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion and scaling our user base. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing user acquisition channels, and maximizing customer retention. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

This role is based in San Francisco. It is a fully in-person position in our office 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• First and founding Growth hire with fast upward trajectory upon successful execution on entry.
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage all aspects of performance marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Explore and test new paid channels/partners to diversify media allocation and lead incremental users.
• Drive user personalization for new users by identifying segmentation and optimizing ad personalization leveraging ad-tech.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize the user experience and drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of incrementality, coefficients, ARPU and user LTV.
• Understand creative trends and ability to drive creating testing framework with design team to improve campaign performance.
• Very quantitative attitude. Ability to partner closely with Data Science to set up experiments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $200,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at StyleAI and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and onboarding.
