Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage (and improve) prospecting databases for custom print and mascots
  • Research & implement marketing automation solutions
  • Create marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition using a mix of email, direct mail, SEO and outbound calling
  • Improve overall web presence
  • Develop marketing content that establishes Olympus Group as a thought leader
  • Support sales team with custom presentations, sales collateral and product samples
  • Manage tradeshow events including booth selection & furnishings, freight and sales collateral
  • Produce internal communication such as the monthly newsletter
  • Support business needs in front office as necessary


Key Challenges:

  • Holding contributors accountable to meet publishing guidelines
  • Gathering and managing multiple opinions on marketing implementation
  • Organize marketing collateral and assist Sales personnel in business development
  • Maintain marketing and sales contact lists
  • Research and source marketing elements, vendors and prospective clients
  • Establish schedules for marketing campaigns
  • Proofread collateral material and client supplied materials
  • Coordinate and assist with sales and marketing training for sales associates
  • Strategize with marketing department on best practices


Requirements:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.


Communication Skills: Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members.


Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.


Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to multitask and be a problem solver.
