We are headquartered in Chicago and have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan in a hybrid work environment model (2-3 days in office/week).
The Media Coordinator will be accountable for the setup, QA & optimization of our client's media campaigns, particularly paid social. They will work closely with our internal Creative & Analytics teams on asset management and reporting, and will own the budget planning process as well as the creative mix within social channels campaigns. Key functions:
- Develop, implement and optimize campaigns for assigned accounts
- Identify asset requirements and specifications required to create a high-performing experience across programs
- Day-to-day program management including targeting, developing keyword sets, bid management, tactics, and audiences
- Ensure all budgets, ads, and ad copy have proper approvals, including secondary QA for all newly launched media
- Audit and provide gap assessments for assets
- Gather metrics and provide key insights into performance, including all client reports, ensuring timeliness for completion and accuracy
- Ensure campaigns reach or exceed campaign objectives through data-driven techniques and practices
- Communicate campaign performance and status to key stakeholders
- A personality that really thrives on seeing results and campaign successes
- Proficiency in Paid Social, with an understanding of the overall media mix within a campaign
- A master at explaining performance to internal and client stakeholders, and at identifying actionable insights for the utmost value
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage projects from start through optimization
- Experience in media reporting, someone who is a stickler for data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- The curiosity and ambition to be a cross-channel SME, and the drive to display true thought-leadership in Paid Media
- Solid experience with Meta, and ideally other main social platforms (Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok)

The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in at least 2 digital media channels, one of which being paid social.
