About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Adventurer Manufacturing. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our social media strategy for our brands (Scout Campers & Adventurer Campers). Youll play a key role in growing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms all while staying true to our brand values and objectives.

You have a flair for storytelling, a passion for content, and enjoy building online communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Adventurers annual and seasonal objectives, as well as our brand vision
  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to specific marketing goals and target audiences
  • Manage and optimize all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Post consistently and frequently to maintain an active and engaged presence on all platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience
  • Develop content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule and alignment with broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and features into our social media efforts
  • Partner with creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand content, including photo, video, graphics and other multimedia assets, as needed
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and brand communication
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to inform strategy, decision making and optimization
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, both visually and through messaging

Qualifications / Requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of social media experience (non-internship)
  • Proven success running brand social media channels and fostering digital communities
  • Passion for following industry and social media trends to help inform business plans
  • Strong analytical and social reporting skills with experience using data tools to measure performance
  • Detailed planner with a sense of urgency to accomplish projects
  • Outstanding project management skills to own and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong interest in building relationships with internal stakeholders, brand ambassadors, as well as our broader partner community
  • Knowledge of current trends in outdoor, Recreational Vehicle (RV), or adventure space is a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and to Canada (~25%) and a commitment to follow all safety regulations and guidelines
