Rent (a division of Redfin) is looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will Drive awareness, traffic, and leads for multi-family real estate properties by activating, managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital marketing and paid media campaigns. Channels include paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
As Paid Media Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns within the multi-family real estate vertical, including paid search, social, and display advertising. This role is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of their accounts, including campaign fulfillment and activation, optimizations, analyzing and reporting results, and ensuring correct attribution to each paid media channel. This role is critical in driving marketing performance for Rent.'s clients and is measured through campaign performance, customer satisfaction, and portfolio growth. This role will closely collaborate with their Manager, external vendors or partners, and client-side property management companies.

Base Pay Range: $75,000.00 - 83,000.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.?Potential for quarterly bonuses based on company performance.?Potential for merit increases and stock grants based on performance.

The Paid Media Analyst will deliver outcomes in the following:
- High performing paid media campaigns - Leverage campaign metrics, conversion and acquisition data, and consumer trends to inform marketing decisions for the paid media program; identify opportunities for performance optimization through analysis of KPIs
- Deep quality insights - Deliver quality written and verbal insights to drive campaign performance as well as educate clients on paid media best-practices, trends, and opportunities for growth
- Self-sufficient - Handle all day-to-day tasks associated with campaign management, including activation and fulfillment, tagging, optimizations, and reporting related to your paid media campaigns. Meet all agency service level agreements and communicate with your Manager when additional support or resources are needed.
- Account growth - Drive account growth by delivering an excellent client experience, leading high-performance campaigns, and positioning yourself as the client's subject matter expert
- Strong account management and communication skills: experience managing strategic, high value clients and an ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills: ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities, set expectations, and deliver projects on agreed upon timeframe
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills: ability to form relationships and collaborate with different stakeholders, such as product, engineering, account management, and client-side decision makers
- Excellent analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills for making data-driven decisions, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis. Keen attention to detail for the purposes of optimization and achieving marketing efficiencies
- Familiarity with marketing concepts: Understanding of key digital marketing metrics and familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and the Google Display Network
