All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations. Responsibilities Creates and executes a social media strategy in line with the content strategies for various audiences. Create, maintain, and execute on a detailed calendar ensuring the VITAS brand is represented through compelling storytelling. Works with Creative and Content Strategy teams to create written and visual content for multiple platforms. Oversees engagement across platforms by building and moderating communities, responding to comments, and keeping members engaged. Analyzes and reports on social media performance by monitoring metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions. Plans and executes campaigns. Building relationships with influencers and other strategic partners. Project manages work in the team's work management tool: Workfront. Participate in a variety of internal and external marketing programs and projects. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience: 7+ years’ experience in social media marketing and/or digital marketing. Must have strong organizational skills and proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and prioritize accordingly. Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, writers, designers, and multimedia creators. Must be extremely detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and able to build effective working relationships. Creative and innovative thinker. Must be able to work independently as needed. Strong editorial instincts and complete command of the English language. Experience with healthcare industry strongly preferred. Required proficiency in: Microsoft 365 services (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint & Teams). Some familiarity with Photoshop (preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required. Certification & Licensure: None required for this position.
