About the role We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager specializing in Paid Media Technologies to join our impactful Growth product team. In this role, you will own the development, optimization, and management of our paid media technology stack, driving innovation and efficiency across all our media channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing and media teams to shape our data-driven paid media strategy, focusing on maximizing ROI, improving media spend efficiency, and leveraging innovative technologies to stay ahead of the competition. You'll be responsible for setting the strategic vision for our paid media technology stack, defining roadmaps, and leading initiatives that transform how we utilize media platforms, analytics, and ad technologies! In this role, you can expect to Develop and implement a forward-looking paid media technology strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and drives marketing spend optimization. Stay on top of industry trends in paid media, ad technologies, and automation tools to continuously enhance our capabilities. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for media buying, optimization, and measurement. Partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure the successful implementation of media tech products. Champion a customer-focused approach to deliver optimized paid media performance and exceptional user experiences. Evaluate, select, and integrate sophisticated paid media tools and platforms, including bid management, attribution, programmatic, and media analytics tools. Work with media and marketing teams to ensure flawless data flow across ad platforms and internal systems, enabling accurate measurement and optimization. Enable media performance metrics, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously optimize media spend and performance. Spearhead proof-of-concepts for new technologies, ensuring their potential impact on paid media efficiency is thoroughly evaluated. To thrive in this role, you have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on paid media technologies and platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic buying platforms, DSPs, and ad optimization tools. Deep understanding of a wide range of marketing technologies and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, measurement and attribution analytics, personalization, bid optimization, media ad platforms, content management, and AI-driven solutions. Expertise in data privacy regulations and compliance, with the ability to navigate sophisticated data governance requirements. Exceptional strategic thinking, with a proven track record to translate business objectives into actionable marketing technology strategies. Strong analytical mindset, proficient in analyzing sophisticated data sets, deriving insights, and making data-driven decisions. Proven experience in driving innovation, championing new technologies, and fostering a culture of experimentation.
